La investigación procesada trata sobre diversas concepciones políticas que formulan los docentes de Educación Básica Regular, de la provincia de Concepción,  sobre la reciente Reforma Magisterial N° 29944, que procura unificar la labor docente en una sola norma jurídica educativa, evitando la dispersión, deberes, derechos y otros aspectos que configura dicha Ley. Para tal propósito se formuló el problema de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las concepciones políticas que tienen los docentes de Educación Básica Regular sobre la Ley de Reforma Magisterial N° 29944, de la provincia de Concepción? El objetivo general fue: Determinar las concepciones políticas que tienen los docentes de Educación Básica Regular sobre la Ley de Reforma Magisterial N° 29944, de la provincia de Concepción. El método de investigación fue el científico, como método general y el descriptivo como particular. Una de las conclusiones más destacadas fue que la mayoría de docentes tiene una concepción política de rechazo y cuestionamiento a las normas laborales, especialmente en lo pertinente a la estructural laboral y a la evaluación docente, por no ajustarse a las condiciones reales de labor educativa.

La processed research has dealt with different political conceptions which were made by the teachers of Regular basic education, of the province of Concepción about the recent Magisterial Reformation Act N ° 29944, seeking to unify in a single legal standard educational teaching, avoiding dispersion, duties, rights and other aspects that set up this law. For that purpose the research problem was formulated: what political conceptions that have teachers in Regular basic education on Magisterial Reformation Act N ° 29944, of the province of Concepción? The general objective was to: establish political conceptions that have teachers in Regular basic education on Magisterial Reformation Act N ° 29944, of the province of Concepción. The research method was the scientist, as general method and the descriptive as particular. One of the most important conclusions was that the majority of teachers have a political conception of rejection and questioning of standards, especially in the relevant to the structural work and the evaluation of teaching, not to conform to the actual conditions of educational work.
